The papers shall be placed before the next meeting of the Academic Council for confirmation.

Managing Committee There shall be managing committee consisting the following :-

1. (i) Chief minister of Madhya Pradesh shall be the President of the committee ;
2. (ii) The Minister-in-charge of Finance, Government of Madhya Pradesh ;
3. (iii) The Vice-Chancellor of the University;
4. (iv) The Secretary to Government, Madhya Pradesh Public Relations Department;
5. (v) The Rector of the University ; and
6. (vi) Three members of the General Council to be nominated by the General Council.
