139. Salary and allowances to the Adhyaksha, Upadhyaksha and other members. - (1) The salary and allowances of Adhyaksha and Upadhyaksha of Taluk Panchayat shall be as prescribed. (2) Every member of the Taluk Panchayat other than the Adhyaksha and Upadhyaksha shall be entitled to receive such sitting fee and other allowances, as may be prescribed.
