Interpretation.

114. Interpretation. - For the purpose of this charter, unless the context otherwise requires, - 94 (a) "municipal council" includes a person or persons appointed to exercise the powers and to perform the functions of municipal council; 1[(b) "Town Panchayat" means a Town Panchayat constituted under section 350 of the Karnataka Municipalities Act, 1964;]1 1.
