9. Constituent/ Associate Skill and vocational education institutions: The Skill University may as and when it may deem fit and proper, establish, recognise, manage State-owned campuses, constituent colleges, associate colleges and schools of specialised learning, polytechnic colleges, Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs), vocational education institutions, centres for skill development, training, extension, research and outreach including continuing education, distance learning and e-learning. In case degrees are to be given, such centres or colleges would be established or associated as per applicable norms and standards including as determined by the Governing Council.
