Schedule:

17. Schedule: (1) All changes to the Schedule shall be published in the website or any such other medium as determined by the Governing Council of the Skill University and will be deemed as an official notification. (2) For amendment to Schedule, attached to this Act, can be done by the Department of Higher and Technical Education, Government of Jharkhand, subject to due recommendation based on formal approval from the Board of Directors of the nodal agency. (3) The Governing Council of the Skill University may make or amend Schedule (except for Schedule attached to this Act), after due approval from the Board of Directors of the nodal agency, on the following: (a) Administration and management of the Skill University; and (b) Providing for all matters (except for amendment to Schedule, attached to this Act) which by this Act are to be prescribed by the Schedule.
