Authorities of the Skill University:

14. Authorities of the Skill University: (1) The following shall be the authorities of the Skill University, namely: - (a) the Governing Council; The Governing Council shall be the supreme body of the Skill University. (b) the Senate; The Senate shall be the Chief Executive body of the Skill University. (c) the Vocational Education Council; The Vocational Education Council shall be the principal vocational education delivery body of the Skill University. (d) the Credentials Council; (e) such other authority as may be declared by the Schedule to be an authority of the Skill University. (2) Subject to provisions set out in section 17, the constitution, powers and functions of the authorities of the Skill University shall be as prescribed by the Schedule.
