Funds and Accounts:
The Kaushal Vidhya Entrepreneurship, Digital and Skill University Act, 202222. Funds and Accounts: (1) The Skill University shall have a General Fund to which shall be credited- (a) contribution to its income from fees, grants, donations and gifts, if any; (b) any contribution or grant made by any corporation or agency owned or controlled by the State or Central Government or any other corporation or multilateral agency or philanthropic organization or any other body or trust; (c) endowments and other receipts; (d) any income received from consultancy and other works undertaken by the Skill University; and (e) any other financial aid or grant or any other sums received by the Skill University. (2) The Skill University may have such other funds as may be prescribed by the Schedule and Regulations. (3) The funds and all monies of the Skill University shall be managed in such a manner, as per the policies of the Skill University duly approved by the Governing Council. (4) The State Government may provide grant-in-aid, grant-in-kind including to facilitate, capital investment in various campuses, operational expenditure to promote skill courses, studies and research.
