80. Election for the purpose of constituting the Executive Council, the Academic Council and Finance Committee: The State Government shall make such arrangements for the constitution of the Executive Council, the Academic Council and the Finance Committee as to assume charge of their respective offices from the date following the expiry of the period and term of office of the members of the said authorities shall be deemed to have commenced from the said date.
