Appointment to the posts of teachers and officers: In matters pertaining to appointment to the posts of teachers and officers (other than the Vice-Chancellor, Financial Adviser, Pro-Vice Chancellor and the Registrar), the extant UGC regulations shall be applicable ipso facto. In view of the special requirements, if any, related to particular departments of the University, statutes shall be framed for this purpose in accordance with extant UGC regulations. These appointments shall be done on the recommendations of Jharkhand Public Service Commission under the extant UGC regulations.
