This Act sets out the salary, allowances and facilities of Whips in the Jharkhand Legislative Assembly. These include a Government vehicle, housing, telephone, furnishing, personal staff, electricity expenses, travelling allowance for staff and other facilities. A Whip cannot draw the same facility twice under different laws.
