Dispute as to constitution of University

Dispute as to constitution of University.-If any question arises whether any person has been elected or co-opted as, or is entitled to be a member of any authority or other body of the University, or whether any decision of any of the authorities or committees is in conformity with this Act, the Statutes and the Regulations, the matter shall be referred to the Chancellor for decision and the decision of the Chancellor thereon shall be final.
