Regulations

Regulations.-The authorities and the bodies of the University may make Regulations consistent with this Act and the Statutes providing for all or any of the following matters, namely:-

1. (a) the procedure to be observed at their meetings and the number of members required to form a quorum;
2. (b) the notice to be given of the meetings and of proceedings thereat, the keeping of records of their books and other matters; (0 the classification or inclusion of subjects of study in various Faculties;
3. (g) the constitution, powers and duties of the Boards of the University;
4. (c) all matters which by this Act and the Statutes are to be provided for by the Regulations;
5. (d) the conditions of residence of students;
6. (e) the discipline of students;
7. (h) the periodical inspection of constituent or colleges and other institutions.
