Haryana Ordinance No. 3 of 2010

1. This Ordinance may be called the Maharshi Dayanand University (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010. 2. In the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 9-A of the Maharshi Dayanand University Act, 1975 (hereinafter called the principalAct), for the figure “65”, the figure “68” shall be substituted. 3. In the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 9AA of the principal Act, for the figure “65”, the figure “68” shall be substituted.
