Teaching of University

All teaching in the University shall be conducted by and in the name of the University, in accordance with the statutes, ordinances and regulations made in this behalf. The Librarian shall be a whole-time salaried officer of the University and shall be appointed by the Executive Council on the recommendations of Selection Committee on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
