Notification No. G.S.R. 93/H.A. 25/1975/S. 4/2001

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 4 of the Maharshi Dayanand University Act, 1975, the Governor of Haryana specifies that the Maharshi Dayanand University shall exercise its powers over colleges or institutions of general education, technology, engineering, pharmacy, management in the districts of Rohtak, Jhajjar, Mohindergarh, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Sonipat, Bhiwani and Rewari including Post- Graduate Regional Centre, Rewari and the various courses being run in the campus of the University. In case of Medical Eduction, the University will exersice control over the Institutions/ Colleges/ Hospitals in the entire state of Haryana.
