Notification No. S.O. 18/H.A. 25/1975/S. 4/2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 4 of the Maharshi Dayanand University Act, 1975, (Haryana Act, 25 of 1975), and in supersession of Haryana Government, Education Department; notification No. S.O. 100/ H.A. 25/1975/ S. 4/2003, dated 28th July, 2003 and No. S.O. 254/ H.A. 25/1975/ S. 4//2004, dated the 10th November, 2004, the Government of Harynana hereby specifies that from the session 2004-2005 the Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak shall execise its powers over the Government and Non-Government Colleges situted in Bhiwani district.
