No person shall-

1. (a) knowing that he is suffering from a dangerous disease expose

other persons to the risk of infection by his presence or conduct

in any public street or public place;

1. (b) having the care of a person whom he knows to be suffering from

a dangerous disease cause or permit that person to expose other

such street or place as aforesaid;

1. (c) place or cause to be placed in a dusting or other receptacle for the

1. (d) throw or cause to be thrown into any latrine or urinal any matter
