The Commissioner may, without notice, cause to be removed-

1. (a) any stall, chair, bench, box, ladder, bale or other thing whatsoever

1. (b) any article whatsoever hawked or exposed for sale on any public

place in contravention of this Act and any vehicle, package, box

or any other thing in or on which such article is placed.

1. (2) No person shall milk or cause or permit to be milked any cow or

buffalo in any street.

1. (3) Any animal tethered or any cow or any buffalo found being milked

as aforesaid in any street may be removed by the Commissioner or any Corporation
