Effect of this Act on other Acts.—(1) The Bhagat Phool Singh Mahila Vishwa Vidyalaya Khanpur Kalan Act, 2006, shall be the principal Act for the purpose of the University.

  1. (2) If any provision of any other law for the time being in force is inconsistent with any of the provisions of this Act, the provisions of this Act shall prevail.
