Constitution of Validation of proceedings

("Constitution of Validation of proceedings")

1. (1) All acts done, or proceedings taken, under this Act by any authority or body or committee of the University shall be invalid on the ground only of—
   • (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the authority, or body, or committee; or
   • (b) any defect or irregularity in election, nomination or appointment of a person acting as a member thereof; or
   • (c) any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
