Duty of University and affiliated colleges to provide for teaching.-

1. (1) It shall be the duty of the University and the affiliated colleges to provide for instruction, teaching, training and research in such branches of learning and courses of study and at such levels and for such purposes as the University may determine.
2. (2) It shall be the duty of the University and the affiliated colleges to make adequate arrangements for the instructions and for the physical well-being of, and the discipline of, the students.
