Constitution of ad-hoc committees

Constitution of ad-hoc committees:

1. (1) Where the University has been established before the commencement of this Act, any ad-hoc committee constituted by the State Government for the purpose of the University shall continue to function till the authorities of the University are constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
2. (2) The State Government may, if it considers it necessary so to do, reconstitute any such ad-hoc committee at any time before the authorities of the University are constituted as aforesaid.
