Pension and Provident Fund

1. (1) The University shall establish and maintain for the benefit of its officers, teachers, and other employees such pension, provident fund or insurance scheme as the State Government may deem fit to specify in this behalf.
2. (2) The State Government shall declare that the provisions of the Provident Funds Act, 1925, shall apply to such fund as if it were a Government Provident Fund.
