Provision relating to affiliated colleges.-

1. (1) Save as otherwise provided by or under this Act, the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations shall apply to all affiliated colleges.
2. (2) Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, Ordinances and Regulations, a college shall be entitled to privileges of affiliation only upon the satisfaction of such conditions as may be laid down by the Statutes.
