Power of State Government to exercise control.

1. (1) The State Government may, at any time, call for any information or report from the Board or the Corporation with respect to any of its activities.
2. (2) The State Government may, from time to time, issue to the Board or the Corporation such directions as it may think necessary for the efficient administration of this Act and the Board or the Corporation shall comply with such directions.
3. (3) If any dispute arises between the Board and the Corporation, the State Government shall decide the dispute and its decision shall be final and binding on the parties.
