Contribution by Government

Contribution by Government.—

1. (1) The State Government shall, subject to such rules as may be prescribed, contribute to the Fund—
   • (a) such amount as may be initially advanced by it for the purposes of this Act which may be recovered from the owners of the Khar lands in accordance with the provisions of this Act;
   • (b) such amount by way of grant-in-aid as it may deem fit.
2. (2) All contributions made by the State Government under clause
   • (a) of sub-section
3. (1) shall be debited to the Fund, and all recoveries made from the owners of the Khar lands shall be credited to the Fund.
