Staff of the Board and Corporation.—(1) The State Government shall appoint a Secretary to the Board and a Secretary to the Corporation: Provided that the same person may be appointed as Secretary to both the Board and the Corporation.

1. (2) Subject to such rules as may be made by the State Government in this behalf, the Board or, as the case may be, the Corporation may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions.
2. (3) The terms and conditions of service of the officers and servants of the Board and the Corporation shall be such as may be determined by regulations made in this behalf.
