Power to levy and recover cost of scheme.

1. (1) The Khar Land Development Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, levy the cost of any scheme, or such part of the cost as the Board may determine, from the owners of the Khar lands included in the scheme.
2. (2) The amount so levied shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
