Power to levy and recover contribution from persons benefited.

1. (1) Where in the opinion of the Khar Land Development Board, any scheme has benefited or is likely to benefit any person, the Board may, with the previous sanction of the State Government, levy from such person a contribution towards the cost of the scheme.
2. (2) The amount of such contribution shall be determined by the Board having regard to the extent of the benefit derived or likely to be derived by such person, and shall be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
