Recovery of sums due to Board or Corporation.

1. (1) All sums due to the Board or, as the case may be, the Corporation, by any person, whether under this Act or otherwise, shall be recoverable as arrears of land revenue.
2. (2) The power of the Board or, as the case may be, the Corporation to recover any such sums shall be without prejudice to any other mode of recovery provided by law.
