Publication of draft scheme

1. (1) The Board shall, as soon as may be after the preparation of a scheme, cause it to be published in the Official Gazette and also in such other manner as may be prescribed, inviting objections and suggestions with respect to the draft scheme from all persons likely to be affected thereby, within such period as may be specified in the notice of publication, not being less than thirty days from the date of such publication.
2. (2) The Board shall consider all objections and suggestions received within the specified period and may make such modifications in the scheme as it thinks fit.
