Procedure for procuring attendance of witnesses

If in any proceeding of a judicial nature pending before any revenue Court either party desires the attendance of witnesses, it shall follow the procedure prescribed by Order XVI, Rules 2 to 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
