Title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Delhi Land Revenue Act, 1954. (2) It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Delhi, except any area specified in sub-section (2) of Section-1 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954. (3) It shall come into force on such date as the Chief Commissioner may, by notification of the Official Gazette, appoint.
