Procedure when rent or revenue payable is disputed

In case of any dispute regarding the revenue or rent payable by a Bhumidhar or Asami, the Deputy Commissioner shall not decide the dispute, but shall record as payable, for the year to which the Annual Register refers the revenue or rent payable for the previous years unless it has been enhanced or abated by, an order or agreement under this Act or the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954.
