Power to transfer cases to and from subordinates

The Deputy Commissioner, a Revenue Assistant, a Tehsildar, a Record Officer or a Settlement Officer may make over any case or class of cases, arising under the provisions of this Act or otherwise, for inquiry or decision, from his own file to any of his subordinates competent to deal with such case or class of cases, or may withdraw any case or class of cases or class of cases himself or refer the same for disposal to any other such Revenue Officer competent to deal therewith.
