Other Officers and Servants of Board

(1) The Board may appoint such other officers and servants, as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act; (2) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and other servants appointed by the board under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by its regulations made under this Act.
