Statutory text

(1) Upon the issue of a notification under this Act, the assets and liabilities of the institutions transferred to the Vishwavidyalaya shall stand transferred to, and vest in, the Vishwavidyalaya.
(2) The terms and conditions determined by the State Government shall be binding on the Vishwavidyalaya and the concerned institution.
(3) The employees of the institution so transferred shall be deemed to be on deputation to the Vishwavidyalaya until such time as the Vishwavidyalaya absorbs them in its service in accordance with the regulations to be framed by it.
