Superintendence of Fire and Emergency Service to vest in the Government.

The superintendence of and control over the Fire and Emergency Services throughout the State shall vest in the Government and the Fire and Emergency Services shall be administered by the Government in accordance with the provisions of this Act and rules made thereunder, through such Fire Officers as the Government may, from time to time, appoint in this behalf.
