- (1) This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Fire and Emergency Service Act, 2018. (2) It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh. (3) It shall come into force in any area on such date as the State Government, may by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different areas and for different provisions of this Act.
