Operation of accounts with banks

Save as otherwise provided in this Act, no payment shall be made by any bank referred to in section 97 out of the Corporation Fund except on a cheque signed by both.- (a) officer in charge of the accounts ; (b) the Commissioner or an officer subordinate to him authorised by him in this behalf.
