Corporation employees or contractors in pursuance of sections 275 and 280 shall be property of the Corporation.

Provision for placement of receptacles, depots and places for rubbish etc: (1) The Commissioner shall -

1. (a) provide or place in proper and convenient situations public receptacles, depots or places for the temporary deposit of rubbish, filth and other polluted and obnoxious matters and for the final disposal of rubbish, filth and other polluted and obnoxious matter;
2. (b) provide dustbins for the tern porary deposit of rubbish ;
3. (c) provide vehicles or other suitable means for the removal of rubbish and offensive matters ; and
4. (d) provide covered vehicles or vessels for the removal of filth and other polluted and obnoxious matters.

1. (2) The Commissioner shall make adequate provision for preventing receptacles, depots, dustbins, vehicles and vessels referred to in sub-section (1) from becoming sources of nuisance.
