Power of Government to issue directions.

1. (1) The Government may, from time to time, issue to the Corporation such directions, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, as they may think fit for the purpose of ensuring the proper administration of the Corporation or for carrying out the purposes of this Act, and the Corporation shall comply with such directions.
2. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such directions may include directions relating to the implementation of the schemes for the economic development and social justice, the pattern of income and expenditure of the Corporation and to the maintenance of accounts.
