Short title, extent and commencement

Short title, extent and commencement.-

1. (1) This Act may be called the Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation Act, 1986.
2. (2) It extends to the limits of the Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation.
3. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 14th day of August, 1979.
