Functions of the Mayor. —

1. (1) The Mayor shall preside over the meetings of the Corporation.
2. (2) The Mayor shall have full access to all the records of the Corporation and may obtain reports, plan, estimates, statements, accounts or statistics connected with the administration of the Corporation from the Commissioner.
3. (3) The Mayor shall exercise such other powers and perform such other functions as are conferred or imposed upon or delegated to him by or under this Act or any other law for the time being in force.
