Schedule (See Section 18) 1. Definitions In this Schedule, unless the context otherwise requires: (a) “clause” means a clause of this Schedule; (b) “Teacher” means a Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Teaching Associate, or any other person designated under the Regulations, required to impart education, guide research, or provide guidance in any other form to students pursuing a course of study at the University. The designation of these roles shall be made with the approval of the Chairman, in consultation with the Board of Trustees/Managing Trustees, ensuring alignment with the BCI Trust PEARL-FIRST’s mission for legal education.
