Authorities of the University The Authorities of the University shall be as follows, each playing a key role in the governance of the University, with enhanced collaboration between the Chairman in consultation with the Board of Trustees/Managing Trustees:

1. (i) The General Council;
2. (ii) The Executive Council;
3. (iii) The Academic Council;
4. (iv) The Finance Committee; and
5. (v) Such other authorities as may be created by the Chairman in consultation with the Board of Trustees/Managing Trustees, ensuring that decisions are made for the effective governance of the University, particularly in matters of urgency or emergency.
