The Academic Council

The Academic Council shall serve as the academic body of the University, responsible for maintaining high standards in instruction, education, and examination. It shall work in close alignment with the BCI Trust PEARL-FIRST, and its decisions shall be subject to the regulations and policies set by the Chancellor, Chairman and Board of Trustees. The Chancellor in consultation with the Chairman, shall have oversight of the Academic Council and may issue directives to ensure that academic standards are maintained. In situations requiring immediate adjustments to the curriculum, the Chancellor in consultation with the Chairman and the Board of Trustees/Managing Trustees, may take urgent academic decisions to ensure the continued high standards of the University.
