Act to have Overriding Effect The provisions of this Act, and any regulations made thereunder, shall have overriding effect over any inconsistent provisions contained in any other State law in force or in any instrument that derives its validity from such State law. This ensures that the objectives and governance principles of the BCI Trust PEARL-FIRST are prioritized and take precedence over any conflicting laws. The Chairman, in consultation with the Board of Trustees/Managing Trustees, shall ensure that the University operates within the framework of this Act, and where any conflict arises, the provisions of this Act shall be followed.
