Statutory text

(1) No college or institution outside the University area shall form part of, or be affiliated to, or be recognized by or be admitted to the privileges of the University: Provided that an institution of research and higher learning outside the University area may be recognized in the manner prescribed by the Statutes.
(2) No college or institution within the University area concerned shall, after the commencement of this Act, form part of, or be affiliated to, or be recognized by, or seek admission to any privileges of any other University.
