The Cluster University (Kurnool) Act, 2019, establishes a specialized, unitary, and non-affiliating university in Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. It integrates three existing government colleges—Silver Jubilee Government College, KVR Government Degree College for Women, and Government Degree College for Men—into a single academic entity. The Act defines the university's governance structure, including the roles of the Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, and various councils. It regulates academic standards, student admissions, faculty appointments, and financial management.
